LA Times: There are 2 Americas. Mortgage rates only matter to one of them

What do you think are the biggest planetary potentials? I want to think of it in a bunch of ways, but one is through the lens of things we want to improve, eg:
1) What are the biggest problems/threats/embarrassments? and another is
2) What are the greatest potentials? I'll post some examples in the comments
I start tugging on one string and it pulls on much greater themes, but some basic strategic things might be: access to education…whatever kind of education someone wants ability to make mistakes and not have it ruin your life– more safety nets resolution to the opiod crises &...
